The world of the 21st century is fluid, dynamic, and ever-evolving, with traditional systems often found scrambling to keep pace with rapid changes. Can organizations with a public charge adapt by applying knowmadic principles? In essence, a *knowmad* is a creative, imaginative, and innovative individual who is able to work with almost anybody, anytime, and anywhere. Knowmads are not confined by the classic structures of a fixed workplace or set of tools. They are agile, adaptable, and adept at navigating the complexities of the modern world.

It's time for public policy to embrace this paradigm.

Education, as we know it, is poised for a radical transformation. This metamorphosis isn't a 'nice to have,' but a 'must-have,' for education must evolve into a human-centered approach that fosters not just academic brilliance, but mental well-being too. The future belongs to the 'knowmads'—the exponential thinkers, the boundary pushers—who aren't just equipped with academic knowledge, but also the ability to self-learn, critically think, and engage with emotional intelligence.

Education, like most financial sectors, is at a pivotal junction and becoming considerably influenced by the unprecedented advancements in digital technology. Therefore, the exploration of innovative designs for both physical and virtual learning spaces not only becomes crucial but is a mandate in the emerging knowledge ecosystem.

This summer, I've been diving deep into the application of AI in the education sector. In particular, I'm interested in how we can provide access to educational supports at scale, particularly in countries experiencing fragility, conflict, and/or violence, where access to educational resources may not be available to many.

Manifesto 15, conceptualized in 2015, is a forward-thinking document outlining a vision for the future of education. It proposes a shift from traditional, rigid, and standardized educational models to flexible, learner-centered, and experience-driven paradigms that embrace change, encourage lifelong learning, and foster creativity. In an era characterized by rapid technological advancements and societal changes, the document serves as a framework, enabling educators, learners, and policymakers to adapt to and navigate through these transformations, thereby shaping an educational landscape that is inclusive, dynamic, and future-ready.
